New game Schroedinger's Cat in the works, too

Straandlooper's looking to finance an animated version of Hector: Badge of Carnage

Known for its rude, crude, and deliciously funny Hector games on iPhone and iPad, Northern Irish developer Straandlooper is looking to expand the series, as well as working on new material.

Talking to our sister site PocketGamer.biz, Straandlooper MD Richard Morss said the studio hoped to produce more Hector stuff: "...not least a digital feature as a companion piece to the games."

"This has a script and a production structure (sort of) in place and now only requires the balm of money to enable it to happen," he revealed.

Telltale sign

He also expects to work with Hector: Ep2 and Ep3 publisher Telltale Games again.

And there's "a comedy called Schroedinger's Cat that's to be developed into a new game shortly," according to Morss, although it's not clear if this is the project it plans to release with Telltale.
