It's all go over at Canadian developer Get Set Games.

It has been working on new game Mega Run for much of 2011, but it's found time to add a massive update to the iPhone version of its very successful Mega Jump (also available for Android).

The fifteenth update sees it gain a new world - Magica - which adds 20 new stages, new backgrounds and new challenges.

There's also a new character in the cute shape of Rolf the Wolf (as picked by the game's players), the game gains a new App Store icon, there's new art within the game - which is like Doodle Jump in terms of its gameplay.

Get Set has also added a news feed so it can communicate with fans and you can share news items with your friends via Facebook, Twitter and email, and everyone gets 5 free Save Stars too.

Real rewards

Other improvements focus on the in-app currency and rewards. Two systems are now being used to reward players with currency and real world items.

Kiip is network that offers you deals and rewards, which are triggered when you do something good in a game, such as gaining an achievement.

Similarly, if you want some in-game currency, called MP, but don't want to buy it with real money, you can now do it within the game by watching videos - basically, it's like advertising but you get paid.

Mega Jump is out now for iPhone and iPod touch and free-to-play.
