Sega reveals Rhythm Phantom Thief R: Inheritance of the Emperor Napoleon for 3DS

Sega has just released screenshots for its upcoming 3DS game Rhythm Phantom Thief R: Inheritance of the Emperor Napoleon - a contender for the 2011 Least Informative Title award.
You play as Ralph, who, along with his dog Fondue, is attempting to steal great cultural pieces from all around Paris. You do this by tapping, pressing, and tilting the 3DS in time with the beat, thus allowing Ralph to navigate around all the obstacles in his way.
According to Andriasang, Sega is teaming up with "famous artists" to record the soundtrack, but it hasn't revealed which ones.
There’s no official release date, but Sega claims the game is "50% complete".
