Autumn has arrived early in Simogo's casual iPhone platformer Bumpy Road, bringing with it a slew of new content.

The Spring Evergreen Ride is now accompanied by a brand new road Evergreen Ride Autumn, which contains 220 extra level segments and three additional types of platform (elevators, conveyor belts, and flips).

The game's backgrounds and soundtrack have also received some attention, with new artwork and city parts on show, complemented by some fresh tunes.

Finally, new Game Center achievements and leaderboards have been added, so you can show off your scores.

Sunday drive

Bumpy Road is a 'love story on four wheels' that sees you modifying a road to safely escort an elderly couple taking a drive in their car.

There are two game types on offer - the endless Evergreen Ride mode and the timed Sunday Trip mode - and a Memory Lane option that allows you to watch a story pieced together from reminiscences collected throughout the game.

Bumpy Road earned a Pocket Gamer Silver Award at review for its "buckets of occasionally touching indie charm."

You can grab the Universal app from Apple's App Store for £2.49 / $3.99 / €2.99.
