Final Fantasy developer Square Enix has released an update for its hit mobile RPG Chaos Rings Omega.

Among the new additions is an increased level cap for the game's bonus content, and a new hidden boss to seek out and destroy.

For the collectors among you, two new Piu-Piu collections and new weapons which can be looted from level 100 enemies have been added, with several treasure chests now appearing in the game's dungeons.

This is the first of six monthly updates, which will continually increase your level cap and provide a new foe to battle. Japanese voice-acting is also set for inclusion.

Chaos Rings Omega revolves around a life-or-death tournament held 10,000 years before the events of the previous Chaos Rings instalment.

It received a respectable Pocket Gamer Bronze Award at review, but was critisised for feeling like an expansion pack rather than a new outing.

You can grab it for your iPhone or iPad for £6.99/$11.99 and £8.99/$14.99.
