Games Hub new and improved under Windows Phone Mango
|

Games Hub is set to receive some care and attention with the forthcoming release of Windows Phone Mango, including a newer cleaner look and performance tweaks.

You'll also see your games organised in a new alphabetical list - similar to your apps - with the game's icon displayed on the left and its name on the right.

And if you own more than 20 titles you'll be able to jump straight into the three most recently played.

Avatars will also be receiving some love with 2D avatars taking a back seat to fully 3D models that wave, yawn, dance, and even lash out if you poke and prod them too much.

Get your Live on

Other improvements include the ability to read and reply to Xbox Live messages sent from either a Windows Phone, a PC, or an Xbox console, and support for emoticons, which your avatar will react to.

Sticking with friends, you'll finally be able send, receive, and accept friend requests right on your phone, and see which of your current buddies are online.

The budding achievement collectors among you will be able to compare those hard earned Windows Phone, PC, and Xbox trophies.

Hit-up the link below for a full explanation of new features and expect Windows Phone Mango some time this autumn.
