Not content with bringing burly men, colourful bugs, and superheroes to the iPhone, developer Glu is rolling into the App Store with a circus in tow.

Starting with just a Big Top and an empty piece of land, you're tasked with turning your humble roadshow into a bustling hub of entertainment and amazement.

You can pack your circus with wacky entertainers such as clowns, acrobats, and knife throwers, or build fun slides, photo booths, haunted mansions, and carousels to pull in the punters.

Last but by no means least, concession stands will also make you a quick buck or two. Think disgracefully expensive burgers and fizzy pop.

Circus City contains several social features including the ability to invite and visit friends from both Facebook and Game Center.

You can pick it up in the UK from midnight for free and you don't even have to sweep elephant droppings.
