It’s been over six gruelling months since we saw iPhone and iPad owners go loopy over Cut the Rope, but it looks like the wait for the Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning game to come to Android is at an end.

A mysterious new Twitter account has been created that seems to hint heavily at seeing the adorable Om Nom (the green monster with a penchant for sweet treats) on Android this Friday.

While not explicitly stated by the account holder, it's suggested by the accompanying image that Cut the Rope for Android will be yet another Amazon Appstore exclusive, which is a damn pain for the other 4.5 billion people in the world.

Still, if you live in the United States and you fancy getting your hands on this BAFTA-award winning casual puzzle title (it’s really rather good), then keep your eyes peeled to Amazon on June 25th.
