LG's Optimus 3D to hit Europe 'over the next few weeks'
|

Since our hands-on with LG's Optimus 3D way back in February, we've waited patiently for the phone - the first glasses-free 3D mobile - to hit UK shores.

According to Recombu, we don't have long to wait, as LG has announced that its Optimus 3D will be out in Europe "over the next few weeks."

It's not clear which European countries will get the device first, but the UK is a reasonable bet.

As well as displaying 3DS-like glasses-less 3D, the Optimus 3D will be the first smartphone with multiple dual-component configuration, or 'Tri-Dual'.

This means it's got a dual-core CPU, dual-channel RAM, and a dual channel-board configuration.

In other words, it's a bit nippy.
