Chair Entertainment's hack 'n' slash-'em-up Infinity Blade has been reduced in price to celebrate the release of its latest update.

Your mission in Infinity Blade is to travel to the Dark Citadel, overcome huge Titans, confront the immortal God King, and avenge your father's death.

Along the way you collect treasure, explore dungeons, and purchase dozens of swords, shields, helms, rings, and armour – all of which can be mastered.

You can take on Infinity Blade's single-player campaign, attempt to endure the Survival mode, or battle friends and strangers through Game Center in the newly added multiplayer arena.

Infinity Blade received a prestigious Pocket Gamer Gold Award at review for its engrossing gameplay and superior graphics.

It's £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39 for a limited time and is a universal app.
