[UPDATE] Gameloft slashes prices of all Xperia Play titles to £1 in 24 hour sale

If you’ve got your hands on the Sony Xperia Play, then you’ve most likely dipped into some of Gameloft’s titles, such as Splinter Cell and BackStab.

In case you haven’t, the French publisher has lowered the prices of all its Xperia Play titles to just £1 until this friday - that’s a 66.6 per cent recurring reduction, percentage fans.

These titles include the Xperia Play-exclusive BackStab, to which we gave a Pocket Gamer Bronze Award last month, as well as Starfront: Collision, which managed to nab a Gold Award when we reviewed it on iOS.

The sale only lasts for 24 hours, so if you want to pick them up cheap you’ll have to be quick and open this link in your phone’s browser.

UPDATE: Gameloft has dropped us a line to say that it has extended the sale until next Monday, which means you can now pick up the newly-released Sacred Odyssey for £1, too.
