Kongregate adds support for Android tablets
|

Hot on the news that the Motorola Xoom will be able to run Flash in its browser, Kongregate has updated its app so that all of its games are compatible with Android tablet PCs.

Kongregate Arcade is a Flash games portal that allows Android owners (on 2.2 and above) access to over 400 games for free from inside its dedicated app, ranging from simple puzzlers and reaction-based dodge-'em-ups, to re-workings of old classics.

There’s also a badge system in place, which is effectively the achievement points of the Kongregate world that carries across to all your devices running the app.

We recently sent intrepid explorer Paul Devlin into the belly of the beast to track down the ten best titles on Kongregate Arcade, so if you’ve never used the app before it’s worth having a gander at his report from the frontline.
