"We reached the milestone with an incredibly strong performance of 1.4 million downloads in the last six days alone and are well on our way to make the Chop Chop franchise one of the world's best known mobile gaming franchises," said Alex Sakiz, CEO of Gamerizon.

Gamerizon claims strong sales in the US have fostered the franchise's recent ascent.

The firm also notes many of the six titles have also taken top spots in the App Store charts in the UK, China, Australia, Canada, Germany and France.

As such, next up for the franchise are three new releases - Chop Chop Rocket, Chop Chop Kicker and Chop Chop Alien – due to hit the App Store in February and March.
