Festive sale on Halfbrick's Fruit Ninja and Age of Zombies iPhone and iPad

Developer Halfbrick is celebrating Christmas by slashing the prices of its fruit and zombie slashfests on iPad and iPhone.

Addictive produce slice-'em-up Fruit Ninja HD on iPad has seen an 80 per cent price cut, making it the perfect stocking filler price of 59p / 99c / €0.79.

A free lite version of the game (as well as the iPhone original), has also become available if you’re not sure whether to make a purchase.

Halbrick’s most recent iPhone release, Age of Zombies, will also see its first ever price cut to 59p / 99c / €0.79, but that reduction doesn’t happen until tomorrow.

As if that weren’t enough, the manic top-down zombie shooter has also been given a 1.1 update, with three new maps, elf zombies, leaderboard functionality and a proper level select system. There’s no news on when these prices will shoot back up.
