The Sims and SimCity simulate a sale on iPhone

Electronic Arts has slashed the prices of four Sim games on iPhone, letting you build, dictate, terrorise, and take the ladder out of swimming pools without forking out too much cash.

The Sims 3, your bog-standard introduction to the world of simulating digital lives, has you creating your Sim, exploring open-world locations and keeping them satisfied with food and beds. You’ll also need to meet your Sim’s ambitions and dreams with 73 goals to meet. Yours for just £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39.

Want more dreams and wishes? The Sims 3: Ambitions is all about getting your Sims to find their perfect career from a bunch of aspirational jobs. You can choose from Rock Star, Artists, Sports Star, and more as you get down to business and rise up the career ladder. Also: babies! Now £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39.

The Sims 3: World Adventures is about visiting exotic destinations. Three to be specific: China, France, and Egypt. You’ve got to meet goals and complete mini-games while you make sure your Sim doesn’t pish his kecks. Pricing’s a bit weird on this one: $1.99 in America, but only 59p in the UK. Hail Britania.

Finally, SimCity Deluxe gives you the complete SimCity experience in your pocket, as you attempt to build a bustling metropolis that doesn’t end in economic disaster, population distress, or alien attack. Seven cities, seven scenarios, four seasons. Yours for 59p / 99c / €0.79c.

All the sales are for a limited time, so if you fancy some mobile simulation get in quick.
