Three months ago, Halfbrick reported selling a million copies of Fruit Ninja. Now the developer is celebrating hitting the two million mark in more or less the same amount of time. It took 74 days to hit the first million, and only a further 78 to hit the second.

To mark the occasion, Halfbrick has distributed some Fruit Ninja facts.

Most staggering is that to date 24,342,983,809 fruit have been sliced worldwide.

That’s more than four billion fruit, maths fans. Approximately ten million tonnes of the sweet stuff, according to Halfbrick’s research.
