Samsung has continued its recent spate of impressive smartphone releases by announcing a further three Android devices for the European and Asian markets.

It made the announcement at the CommunicAsia exhibition, which is currently being held in Singapore.

Undoubtedly the most interesting is the Samsung Beam, which we first saw at MWC 2010. The handset allies some impressive specs (3.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, 8MP camera) with an in-built pico projector that allows you to, well, project 720p images onto a wall (or any other flat surface).

The Galaxy 5, meanwhile, is the first of two entry-level devices. It sports a 2.8-inch QVGA screen and a 2MP camera.

The Galaxy 3, though numbered lower than its sibling, is better specced. It has a 3.2-inch WVGA screen and a 3MP camera.

All three devices sport Android 2.1, Bluetooth, wi-fi, GPS support, and an FM radio, and should be showing their pretty faces some time in July.
