E3 2010: First screens of Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D for Nintendo 3DS revealed
Snake exposes himself in The Naked Sample
The title's pretty self-explanatory on this one as screens are all that we have right now of Konami's upcoming 3DS debut, Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D.
Suffice to say an educated (and optimistic) guess would be of a re-envisaging of one of the very best iterations in the sneak-strategy-and-shoot-em-up series, which scooped critical acclaim on PS2.
The addition of a strap line 'The Naked Sample' on Nintendo's site adds further intrigue to the mix (is this the games actual title or an inadvertent reference to what Konami have provided for use at the E3 show?). However, assuming we were to get even a slice of the deep, gadget-packed, covert operative action rendered action that graced the home consoles made even more engaging through 3D visuals and effects, then this could be very special indeed.
Expect to hear a lot more on this one just as soon as we've slunk behind enemy lines to unearth the details.
