Castlevania Puzzle iPhone game trailer released

IGN has posted a video of the upcoming vampiric match-three puzzler, Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night.

The game represents Konami’s series debut on the iPhone, and features a darkly gothic aesthetic that will certainly please fans. [Editor's note: the original draft of this story attributed the Castlevania series to Capcom. Apologies for the error.]

Anyone who’s played a Puzzle Fighter game will recognise the duelling mechanic here, too: two characters duke it out centre screen, the ebb and flow of battle dictated by the state of your block well.
