Warships - Sea on Fire now available for iPad

Warships - Sea on Fire, developed by Tequila Mobile and published by I-play, is now available to download on the App Store and play on your iPad.
Warships is a feature packed variation of pen and paper battleships. The game features 20 levels, which total 60 different battles when you factor in the three different themes. These thematic overhauls give you new visuals, music and challenges for Pirates, World War I and Science Fiction ocean battles.
The game is only playable in single-player, but will feature leaderboards and achievements through OpenFeint in an update.
An iPhone and iPod touch version of Warships, which does include those social features, will be released soon. Ian Macleod, European Marketing Manager for I-play, told Pocket Gamer that it will be on the App Store "hopefully in the next few weeks".
Warships - Sea on Fire is now available to download on the App Store for iPad for £1.79 or $2.99. An iPhone version is planned to release soon.
