Zeppelin handset gets an even more ludicrous name

Motorola is going Android crazy at the moment, what with the DEXT, Droid, and Devour all hitting the market within months of each other.

You can now add the absurdly-named Quench to that list: the phone formerly known as Zeppelin has just been outed at this year’s Mobile World Congress.

Early reports would suggest that it’s not being positioned as a top-rank proposition but will instead duke it out with the likes of the HTC Tattoo and LG InTouch Max at the lower end of the Android scale.

However, with a 3.1 inch display, 5 megapixel camera and Motorola’s unique Moto Blur interface, it should provide other budget blowers with some welcome competition.

Damien's mum hoped he would grow out of playing silly video games and gain respectable employment. Perhaps become a teacher or a scientist, that kind of thing. Needless to say she now weeps openly whenever anyone asks how her son's getting on these days.
