I seem to have been talking a lot about iPhone games I'm looking forward to, so now it looks like my Christmas holiday will be full of iPhone games I was looking forward to and are now out.

One near the top of the list is Tragnarion Studios's quiz game Map My Mind.

I played the preview build a while back and really enjoyed both the quiz aspect and the novel way in which the questions flow.

Quickly explained, each question is node, which is connected to other nodes via multiple paths, so you can approach the various questions from different directions.

In terms of the quiz stuff, there are five main categories (Entertainment, Social Science, Sports, Culture and Natural Science), each of which is split down into sub-categories, creating a total of 20 maps. You can also purchase additional map packs if you run out of questions.

Lead designer Miguel Font reckons, "Map My Mind manages to achieve a good balance between a pure trivia and a board game. The fact that each map is unique both in layout and genre of its questions allows us to present the player with a new experience every time they try out a different map."

You can check out this trailer which shows how it all works.
