Star Wars: Trench Run lands on the App Store

Star Wars: Trench Run has landed on the App Store, available for iPhone and iPod Touch at the surprisingly steep price of £2.99/$4.99.
Based on the final scene of Episode IV: A New Hope, the game has you piloting an X-Wing along the outer defences of the massive planet-destroying Death Star.
Eye-catching 3D graphics, multiple difficulty levels, and online leaderboards combat a short Mission mode following the scene from the film. There's also a Dogfighting mode to try out once you're taken the Death Star out of commission.
Whether these options are enough to counter the game's reportedly short length will be examined in full in our review, but given how short Star Wars: The Force Unleashed was, it wouldn't be surprising.
