iPhone game Jet Car Stunts (say it carefully) hits the App Store

A couple of weeks ago, Spanner vanished for the morning having got hold of some preview code for a game called Jet Car Stunts. When he emerged, he was singing its praises. "Chaps, I think this one's going to be big."
Well, now you can see for yourself as Jet Car Stunts has hit the App Store at £1.19 miles an hour.
Older players who had the good fortune to play Geoff Crammond's Stunt Car Racer on the Amiga A500 will recognise something in this game, as it takes place on narrow, ludicrously vertiginous tracks.
It's much faster than that aging masterpiece, though, and involves a great deal of hurtling, overshooting, flipping, rolling, and smashing, all rendered colourfully in blistering polygons.
