Being a stuntman must be one of the greatest jobs in the world. Yes, your health insurance costs go through the roof, but who cares when you're paid good money to have a total disregard for your own safety and enact insane stunts for the big screen?
Sadly not all of us can be stuntmen (or stuntwomen), so apps like Jet Car Stunts (careful how you say it) can be just the thing to stop us from ditching our current career and getting into the stunt business.
The title Jet Car Stunts is pretty indicative of the gameplay. You're in 'control' of a Formula 1-esque stunt car that, when pushed, can hit speeds of 300mph. Even crazier are the massive jumps you perform on each track, which when mastered can help you utilise shortcuts to keep you in the lead.
There's a plethora of tracks, every one likely as insane as the last, so it looks like there's a fair bit to keep you glued to your iPhone. Also included is a boost function similar to NOS, so speed demons will be more than contented with what's on offer.
Rounding things up nicely are the smooth visuals, which as you can see in the videos below, help you enjoy the ride.
When Jet Car Stunts is released onto the App Store, we'll let you know. As things stand, it doesn't look like you'll be taking many risks when purchasing this dangerous racer.
