Perhaps accelerometers aren't particularly awe-inspiring these days, and we've already taken an in-depth look at Abduction! World Attack on Android, but we've been following the development of the Google OS-powered ODROID device since the beginning so this latest video from Korean manufacturer Hardkernal is still worth a close look.

We've seen the ODROID putting its mad emulator skills to work and dabbling in audio and video multimedia playback, but not really seen it running more contemporary handheld games. So here's a look at the ODROID running the native, accelerometer-driven Android game Abduction! World Attack.

I've said it before and will say it again; this isn't a particularly attractive device, but it's also the most interesting and exciting use of the Android platform seen so far. Hopefully we'll be able to get our big, grizzly man-paws on one soon to give you a closer look.

In the meantime, check out the video below and give us your thoughts. And pay attention to this guy's gaming technique; he moves his whole body, and not just his hands when operating the accelerometer. This is the key to precision control and cultivation of gaming chi.
