Sony to introduce a digital rentals for PSP?
Computer says yes
According to The Retail Gamer, Sony is taking steps towards introducing a digital rental service for PSP games.
Gamespot also reports that "Starts", "Expires" and "Hours Left" have appeared as options on the PSP's information pane, and that the menu fields used are the same as those for current PlayStation Store video content.
So it would appear the entertainment giant is at least making preparations for the service, but with no word from Sony as of yet we can only speculate on the exact details.
This isn't the first time we've noticed the possibility of digital rentals, as it was mentioned in a Sony survey in May which referenced a subscription-based offering.
