If you like your games stylish, with just a touch of retro chic, you'll be glad to hear that Chillingo's long-awaited shoot-'em-up has finally landed on the iPhone.

We took a look at Underground at the beginning of the month. It takes you on a surreal urban journey through the subway system as you battle your inner Demons on a quest to rectify the previous art crime.

As bizarre as all this sounds, the inner turmoil of our subway rider is beautifully represented by a classic 2D side-scrolling shmup, which features extracts from graffiti murals in lieu of typical shooter enemies, with an original hip-hop music score keeping time as you fly along the side of a gritty, well-tagged subway car.

Hit the 'Buy It!' to go and take a closer look at Underground, and don't forget to take a glance at our preview for more info.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
