A couple of months ago, we interviewed Alex Houdent, MD of Globz, the company behind online social networking game Globulos.

He was planning to bring Globulos to DS, with the only issue being whether the game would be available through retail or via download.

Now we hear those plans have solidified thanks to Nintendo's new push for DSiWare content.

Indeed, the news is the game will be called Globulos Party and it's hoped to be out before the end of the year.

As for what Globulos actually is, it's a collection of mini-games, which are based around the gameplay mechanic of drawing an arrow to move your characters.

What's interesting about it is that you and your opponent both draw your arrows and then, at the end of each turn, the moves are made simultaneously.

Or you see can how it works in this DS demo.
