Rogers Wireless confirms 8GB iPhone 3GS on website

They’re not very good at keeping things quiet, are they?

After springing an information leak last week, Canadian distributor Rogers Wireless has dropped another crumb in the trail leading to the rumoured iPhone 3GS 8GB.

Last week, snaps were released onto the internet of an internal memo outlining the company’s plans to roll out the new (as yet unconfirmed) unit. They also revealed that they intended to push the old 3G 8GB right up until release in a bid to clear their stock.

Now they appear to have confirmed the existence of the unit yet again with a handy iPhone model chart on their website. It shows that the iPhone 3GS is available in 32GB, 16GB and now 8GB.

I’d say ‘oops,’ but they appear not to care too much about such things. Why not go the whole hog and release a video of the thing in action, eh?
