Professor Layton and Pandora's Box dated for 25 September

Thanks to the huge success of the first Professor Layton game, it's no surprise that Nintendo will be pulling out all the stops for Pandora's Box, which is second release in the planned six-strong mini-game puzzler series. Although one of the first puzzle to deal with concerns the game's name. It was called Professor Layton and the Demon's Box in Japan and will go out as Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box in North America, where it will be released on 24 August. Obviously some sort of focus testing was bought into action for the European name. In any case, we're looking forward to taking another trip with the Professor and his young sidekick Luke. This time they will be solving the mystery of the strange box that's said to kill anyone who opens it. Indeed, the game starts with Professor Layton's mentor found dead in mysterious circumstances. This prompts our intrepid duo to board a cross country express train - the Molentary Express - to try and solve his death, as well as delving into the histories of the many enigmatic characters they meet along the way, of course.
