What's fast, furious and cheap?

As the tight sorts that we are, we wholly approve of the current trend for brief price cuts on certain App Store titles. Part of the appeal has been that, so far, the titles on offer have been of a high standard.

Following on from Peggle and Mecho Wars, this weekend sees the turn of the excellent arcade-racer Fast & Furious to enjoy a brief price slash - though it could go on longer. I-play contacted us with the news, mentioning that it coincided handily with the release of the free Test Drive Edition.

So if you're curious, head on over to the App Store and sample the delights of illegal street racing. If it takes your fancy, you'll only have to fork out £2.39 for the full package. You'll have to put your foot down like Vin Diesel, though, as this is strictly a limited offer.
