E3 2009: Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines gets PSP release date

Listening to Sony's E3 press conference speech took quite a lot of patience, but the practice will be worth it as it now seems as though we'll have to wait until November 2010 for the release of the PSP version of Assassin's Creed.

Jack Tretton briefly mentioned that Bloodlines will unlock six extra weapons on the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed II if the two consoles are connected, and dropped in a release date of November 17th.

According to VG247, however, that'll be November of next year, so it looks as though Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines isn't going to be much help in building enthusiasm for the PSP Go!.

The name Bloodlines is quite intriguing, though. Dare we fondle the notion that the new Italian assassin Ezio Auditore di Firenze will be featured in the same game as his Crusades-based ancestor Altair?

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
