In confirming the new PSP Go!, Sony's John Koller also let slip that the oft-delayed Gran Turismo Mobile will finally see release on the new handheld.

An interview in the company's Qore video magazine has Koller admitting an announcement for the game is coming during the week of E3. While he doesn't provide more detail than that, he does specifically state that a Gran Turismo game is headed to PSP.

Originally announced way back in 2005 when Sony launched the first PSP model, Gran Turismo Mobile has been the subject to frequent delays. As of late, Sony has refused to comment on the game's status until today.

Whether the game is only slated for a digital download release or will also cater to PSP-3000 owners with a UMD retail package is unknown. We'll have more details for you during E3 in the coming week.
