Gizmodo has set eyes on the much fabled Microsoft ZuneHD, which is looking mighty neat and not a little bit sexy.

Although it'll be a while before we see what it's really capable of, in terms of software and - we hope - games, the blurry demonstration video below shows the potential iPod touch-killer's super slick graphics handling very nicely.

The ZuneHD uses a user interface system much like the iPhone's, with kinetic scrolling and auto-orientation using an accelerometer, though it reacts far smoother than Apple's handset currently manages.

It's ability to take on the iPod touch is going to be down to software, though - not scrolling speed, but things certainly look promising for Microsoft's entry into the handheld market.
