Fast & Furious mobile game trailer revealed

We took an exclusive look at the forthcoming movie tie-in, Fast & Furious on the mobile just the other day, and were suitably impressed by the slick 3D engine and diverse game modes.

I-play just dropped us a line to show off the official trailer, which demonstrates the mobile game’s racing modes and cinematic cut scenes quite admirably.

The story is kept thankfully loose (considering the typically trite film plots) though these cut scenes show off the game’s impressive 3D engine very nicely - none of it is pre-rendered, and there’s little delay between the gaming action and the hard-hitting stings.

We also speculated on the strong possibility of Fast & Furious receiving an iPhone version, which a teaser shot at the end of the video now all but confirms. Judging by the excellent work already done on Fast and Furious: Pink Slip, it seems only natural to bring this latest addition to the franchise to Apple’s platform.

We’ll get our hands on the iPhone version as soon as possible to let you know how it pans out, and our full review of Fast & Furious on the mobile will be with you shortly.

So, let’s hope that both of Vin Diesel’s fans are online as we launch ourselves into the official Fast & Furious trailer.
