Hands-On Mobile bringing Prey to iPhone

In a relatively short time the iPhone has attracted an impressive number of recognisable franchises, and yesterday brought us news that yet another has signed up for the touch revolution.
First-person shooter Prey is coming to iPhone. According to yesterday’s preview on IGN, the game puts you in the shoes of Tommy, a young man trying to rescue his girlfriend from an alien horde.
It uses the same control system as Gameloft’s Hero of Sparta, with bars on the screen representing analogue sticks. If you don’t like where they sit, you can move them, which sounds like a neat idea.
Elephant-minded readers will recall that last April we announced a mobile version of Prey (pictured). That game doesn’t seem to have materialised, but hopefully the iPhone version will. IGN has screenshots (head on over there to check them out) and it looks pretty good.
