Freeverse debuts four new iPhone games at MacWorld

iPhone publisher Freeverse has unveiled its next four games at the MacWorld show in San Francisco.

As Slide to Play reports, the games were all on show at Freeverse's stand at the show. Games may not have featured in Apple's keynote speech last night, but they appear to be a big feature elsewhere at the event.

Slotz Racer is a racing game featuring Scalextric-style slot cars, with a single touchscreen button used to control acceleration.

That means you'll be able to have four people playing on a single iPhone, with a button in each corner of the screen. You'll also be able to recapture your childhood creativity by designing your own tracks when the game comes out later this month.

Meanwhile, Freeverse is also making an official Days of Thunder iPhone game, which is apparently a Burnout-esque 3D racer with explosions and damage a-plenty.

Flick Sports Baseball will be the latest in Freeverse's Flick Sports range, and will let you bat and pitch by swiping your finger on the screen. It comes complete with the ability to customise your player's uniform.

Finally, Roads of Ruin is described as "a post-apocalyptic RPG/trading game that's one part Mad Max, one part Fallout, and one part Escape Velocity". Coo.

That means travelling from town to town fighting and trading (or trading and fighting). It sounds intriguing, but is a couple of months away from being released.
