Nokia has announced via its official N-Gage blog that the N-Gage client is now available for the N78 and 6210 Navigator handsets.

Owners of those phones have to download the app – it'll presumably be a while before it's embedded in those phones as retail stocks refresh.

The news means that 11 Nokia handsets can now run N-Gage, with the 6210 being the second non-Nseries phone to get the gaming platform (after the 5320 XpressMusic).

It's good news for owners of the two new devices, and for developers and publishers looking for more sales of their N-Gage games.

However, judging by the mood at the recent Nokia Games Summit, the big upswing in N-Gage revenues will come from embedding the client in handsets before they're sold.

The N96, for example, is reportedly going great guns, and boosting sales of the games which are preloaded on it as N-Gage demos.
