SciFly: Dogfight heading for the iPhone

Brand new indie developer Licentia Software has dropped us a line to announce its brand new sci-fi, rocket jet-powered aerial assault game, SciFly: Dogfight.

Featuring several different kinds of futuristic jet fighters (the R-9 clone is a personal favourite) you take to the skies above hostile terrain – spewing lava and throwing mountain ranges in your path – to take on enemy fighters using missiles, machine guns, lasers, flak cannons and more.

Three different worlds and four fighters are due to kick SciFly: Dogfight off once the game is submitted to Apple in the next few days. In the meantime, check out the screenshots and gameplay video below.
