I couldn't find a word for 'games' that rhymes with Glu, if you're wondering about that strap line.

Fortunately, there are better games to play, especially on the Android as it receives two free games from mobile developer, Glu.

"Our work with Google along with the Open Handset Alliance has allowed us to develop Bonsai Blast and Brain Genius Deluxe using the full capabilities of the platform," said Alex Galvagni, senior vice president of global production at Glu.

"Through our relationship with the Open Handset Alliance, we have had the ability to become one of the first mobile games developers to explore the device and exploit its technology to create truly engaging games that T-Mobile G1 consumers can enjoy."

Brain Genius Deluxe takes players through a daily dose of brain teasing exercises with 24 intuitive touchscreen and motion-controlled games as well as bonus puzzles including sudoku and jigsaws.

Bonsai Blast is an action-puzzle game that challenges players to shoot and match coloured balls in a Puzzle Bobble style.

Both games are up for grabs at the Android Market now for G1 owning T-Mobile customers.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
