Call of Cthulhu adventuring onto iPhone

Spanish mobile games firm Digital Jokers has revealed plans to bring its Call of Cthulhu mobile game to iPhone.

The game will be adapted by the company's Mayhem Studio subsidiary, and is an adventure game that it claims is "perfectly adapted" to the iPhone's touchscreen interface.

It hasn't given any further details other than that Call of Cthulhu will be demonstrated this month.

However, assuming it doesn't change much from the mobile version, you can expect a nifty graphical adventure in the vein of The Secret of Monkey Island.

There's a lack of this genre on iPhone at the moment, so Call of Cthulhu could find a decent audience on Apple's handset. Stay tuned, and we'll bring you more info as soon as we have it.
