Keeping the PSP news as hot as possible, Sony has followed up yesterday's PSP 3000 unveiling with the announcement that hit PSN shmup Everyday Shooter is to be shoehorned into the gaming giant's handheld console; confirming a rumour we picked up on way back at the beginning of this year.

Sony intends to introduce the unexpected success of the casual Network title to pocket gamers in the US this November by bundling it along with the system itself and a 4GB memory pack.

Sony was unable to confirm any European plans for either Everyday Shooter or any such bundle deals, which is a particular shame as the US bundle is set to weigh in at only $199 – and with conversion rates and economic disaster as they are, that makes it a snip at only £100 or so.

Playing fingers crossed, eh, pocket gamers?

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
