Graal Zone+ MMO released on App Store
Two versions of the iPhone MMO now available
It's beginning to look as though the MMO is the MO of iPhone gaming. Since the iPhone comes on a contract that includes (mostly) unlimited data, it does suggest a previously unknown level of freedom when diving into an online multiplayer while out and about. If the Chinese find out about this possibility, the world will probably stop moving.
Into this small, yet burgeoning genre comes Graal Zone and Graal Zone+, two versions of the same game. The former is free to play, which makes it seriously tempting as there's nothing lost in giving it a blast, while the latter is a 'premium' version set in the same online world.
Graal Zone+ grants you the added extra of being able to drive certain vehicles, use bigger weapons and access 'Zone+' specific maps. Both games feature the same play mechanics, however, so it's a wise move on the publishers part to let gamers build an addiction for free then offer them the chance to upgrade once they're ready for a deeper experience.
You can play alone or as part of a team in the iPhone's first MMO battle game, and there are also desktop versions available if you take a quick glance around the net.
