If you'd told me ten years ago that the world would one day be awash with fishing games, I'd have carped at you. I'd have perched you on top of a blunt pike and refused to pay you any a-tench-ion for several dace. (Ahem).

And yet here were are, just before lunch on a wet Wednesday in the middle of 2008, announcing yet another new title based on the world's most unlikely sport. Malaysian publisher Ozura, responsible for titles like Lava Croft and Come On Baby, has told us it's soon to release Fishy Fishee, a colourful casual game about catching fish.

It all revolves around a young boy called YY who's blessed with extraordinary fishing talent. Like young Anakin Skywalker, though, he needs the wisdom of an elder to help him unlock his maximum potential, so he goes off in search of the Old Man of PD (PD-Man for short).

However, there's something fishy about this PD-Man, or so we gather.

The game's viewed side-on, and from the screenshots it looks fairly intriguing. Which is a nice way of saying none of us can work out what's going on. We'll be bringing you a full review in due course, so click 'Track It!' to feel the tug.
