Race Driver: GRID stalls before the starting line
Delay confirmed by developer
If you were hoping to get your hands on the latest Race Driver game from Firebrand Games next week then we've got a disappointing spot of news for you.
Firebrand has confirmed the DS game has been delayed in Europe. Not by long thankfully, but the new release date is now June 19th.
No reason has been given for the short delay, but we're pretty confident the game will be worth the wait at least. Race Driver: GRID is a follow-up from the same studio as the very playable Race Driver: Create & Race.
The game will include an even more comprehensive Track Editor mode than before, local and online multiplayer, plenty of different events and an array of real-world cars of all shapes and sizes to drive. Check out our review nearer the game's release next month.
