Full details of Playman Summer Games 3

We had a sneak peek at Playman Summer Games 3 a few weeks ago, but RealArcade has now released full info and more screenshots of its upcoming athletics game.

The two previous PSG games have been excellent, so we're pretty excited about this new version, especially if it blends in the marvellous animation seen in last year's Playman Extreme Running.

The new game features five events: 100m Dash, Long Jump, 110m Hurdles, Pole Vault, and Javelin.

There are three modes to play. Challenge sees you taking on a series of characters (there are 12 in all) at individual events and tournaments. Complete it at both amateur and pro difficulty levels, and you'll unlock a mysterious Survival mode.

Meanwhile, there's a pass-the-handset Multiplayer mode for up to six people.

Oh, and in an exciting departure for the series, Playman Summer Games 3 has online high-score tables to which you upload your best tournament points total to see how you compare to other players around the world.
