Get set for Postal Babes: The Mobile Game

Booth babes become mobile heroines thanks to Herocraft

We never considered life as a booth babe – and if you'd seen us in a barely-there PVC bikini, you'd know why. And since the E3 show was downscaled, it's been hard times for the booth babe industry (i.e. they're all going for Hooters waitress job interviews).

But not all of them. The firm behind controversial PC franchise Postal has made a big fuss about its booth babes (or 'Postal Babes') in recent years, turning them into gaming celebrities in their own right.

And now they're getting their own mobile game, thanks to a deal signed with Herocraft. It'll be developing a Postal Babes game for various mobile platforms, including Windows Mobile and PalmOS.

Details of the game haven't been announced, although Herocraft's CEO, Pavel Prokonich, promises that, "You'll be shocked, amused and tempted!". (Which, out of interest, is pretty much how we'd describe a date with any member of the Pocket Gamer editorial.)

On the one hand, the game is sure to appeal to gamers who are part of Postal's community, but on the other, does anyone outside that community know (or care) what a Postal Babe is? Then again, some will obviously argue a babe is a babe, right?

Well, time will tell – the mobile game is expected out later this year.
