Gameloft brings the TV quiz to mobile – with Noel Edmonds!
When I was writing my cosmic ordering wishlist for 2006, I don't recall scribbling 'and a mobile game based on Deal Or No Deal please'.
Thankfully, Gameloft has gone and created one anyway.
Based on the wildly popular TV quiz show, Deal Or No Deal reproduces the proper rules, thankfully minus the slightly creepy inter-contestant bonding.
The game features trivia questions that... wait a minute! There aren't any trivia questions in Deal Or No Deal! Gameloft has used a bit of creative licence to produce a game that's more interesting to play than just opening a series of boxes, by including a Millionaire Mode.
But don't worry fans, the main game promises all the heart-pounding tension of the real show, including banker offers and Noel Edmonds himself, who hosts the game. Which is more than Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? managed with Chris Tarrant, so Gameloft should be applauded.
Noel even spices up the game with his trademark comments, while there's also music from the real show too.
