DS + PSP

Everyone might be going gaga over the next generation consoles, but with PlayStation 3 delayed until spring and Wii only available in limited quantities, PSP and DS will continue to attract significant pocket money from UK gamers old and young in the next few months.

We're already listed 30 hot games headed to DS by Christmas, and the PSP sheet isn't much shorter.

Indeed, tomorrow alone will see a stack of games released on PSP, including Gitaroo Man Lives!, FIFA 07 and B-Boy, although it's worth noting puzzler Mercury Meltdown has now slipped to next Friday (and last week's PSP debut for 50 Cent has been postponed to October 27th).

As for DS, the biggie is clearly the DS Opera Browser, which is out a week tomorrow. We're not as excited about it as we were, having played with an import version, but we'll still be bringing you the full lowdown on the European version ASAP.

LEGO Star Wars on PSP latest: the big release that wasn't no longer even has a tentative release date. Hopefully they're trying to fix the bugs that plague the DS version? Or maybe they've just lost some bricks down the back of the sofa.
